Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Polo The Bear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

• The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
• Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification

Exchange Process

• Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product
• The replacement product will be shipped to your address

Return Policy

• We currently do not offer returns or refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• A cancellation fee of ₹100 will be applicable for order cancellations after confirmation.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible
